Shipping
Shipping cost is determined by the weight of the items being ordered.
Orders are sent through Canada Post and are delivered by your local postal system.


Cancellations
You can request to cancel your order through the Contact Us page within one hour
of the order being placed. We will attempt to change any request received after
that but in most cases the order will have been processed and shipped.


Errors
We make every attempt to avoid errors in the processing of your order, but sometimes
mistakes happen. When one does occur, please e-mail and allow us to correct it.


Returns
We are always concerned about your satisfaction and we will do our best to rectify
any problems. Items cannot returned to us unless they are defective, in which case
we will replace with an identical product if available. If we do not have a
replacement for you a refund will be issued.Good damaged by the postal system must
be claimed through your local post office. We will be happy to provide any information
or documentation that your postal system requires to file a claim with them.
